About Sherry's Baby Music

Sherry's Baby Music provides custom songwriting, music production, and related creative services to clients seeking original, personalized music.

All custom songs are original creative works produced for personal use. Nothing produced by Sherry's Baby Music constitutes legal advice, psychological counsel, or therapeutic services of any kind. This is music. Period.

Truth & Liability Clause

This is the most important section. By submitting a custom song request, you — the client — represent, warrant, and agree that:

• All events, experiences, and claims described in your song request are truthful, accurate, and based on your own personal experience.
• You are solely responsible for the factual accuracy of any names, descriptions, or events included in your request.
• You assume full legal responsibility for any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the content of your custom song.
• Sherry's Baby Music is held harmless from any and all liability, claims, damages, or legal proceedings resulting from content provided by the client.
• You understand that providing false, misleading, or fabricated information in your request may expose you — not Sherry's Baby Music — to legal consequences including defamation claims.

Sherry's Baby Music reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion, including requests that appear to contain false claims, target private individuals maliciously, or otherwise conflict with our creative standards.

Custom Song Disclaimer

Custom songs produced by SB Music are original artistic works created based on information provided by the client. By ordering a custom song, you acknowledge:

• Songs are delivered as creative interpretations of your story — not verbatim transcripts.
• Sherry's Baby Music retains the right to adapt, reframe, or stylize content for artistic purposes while preserving your core message.
• Completed songs are delivered digitally. Physical delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your order.
• Sherry's Baby Music may retain the right to use anonymized or generalized versions of custom songs as portfolio or promotional examples unless the client requests otherwise in writing at time of order.
• Custom songs are delivered for personal use by default (listening, sharing with friends and family, private enjoyment). Commercial rights are not included unless purchased as an add-on.
• Want to upload your song to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or monetize it anywhere? Unlock full commercial rights for an additional $200 at the time of your order. This grants you the right to distribute, monetize, and use your custom song across any platform.

No Refund Policy

Custom songs are personalized creative works. Due to the time, creative labor, and resources invested in each order, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued once production has begun.
• If you are dissatisfied with your song, Sherry's Baby Music may offer two rounds of revisions at our discretion, provided the original brief was followed.
• Refunds will only be considered if Sherry's Baby Music fails to deliver a song within the agreed timeframe and cannot provide a revised delivery date.
• Chargebacks initiated against a delivered order will be disputed. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.

Please review your song brief carefully before submitting. Once you submit and pay, we get to work.

Explicit Content Warning

Sherry's Baby Music produces content that may include:

• Explicit language and profanity
• Adult themes including sexuality, relationships, and conflict
• Strong emotional content including anger, grief, and confrontation
• References to real-life situations as described by the client

By placing an order or accessing content on this platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and consent to receiving and/or listening to explicit creative content. You proceed at your own risk.

SB Music is not responsible for how third parties react to, receive, or are affected by any custom song you commission and choose to share.

If you have questions about these terms or a concern with your order, please reach out before initiating any dispute or chargeback. We are a small, independent creative business and we work hard for every client.

Sherry's Baby Music reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current terms.
